I proudly took over Attis in 2021 from Attis van der Horst. Since then I have been trying to put my own mark on this office with enthusiasm and drive. Attis was already a big name in Nijmegen and surroundings so it was a great honor but also a big challenge. Now, 3 years later, the highest rating and the number 1 buying agent of Nijmegen, I can say that I’m very proud.

My name is Margot Engelen, 35 years old, and since September 2023, I have been working at Attis Aankoopmakelaardij. As someone born and raised in Nijmegen, I feel completely at home in this city. After living in several wonderful places, I am now settled in Nijmegen-Noord with my partner and our 1-year-old son.
Six years ago, I made the career switch from education to real estate. Why? Because I have a passion for houses, and this job allows me to visit a wide variety of homes every single day. What makes it even more exciting is being able to critically observe and think along with clients, guiding them as best as I can in purchasing their dream home. Hoi, mijn naam is Manon en ik woon samen met mijn man en onze 2 kindjes in Nijmegen Lent.
Sinds 2025 ben ik werkzaam bij Attis Aankoopmakelaardij en heb het hier onwijs naar mijn zin. Na eerder in verschillende werkgebieden ervaring te hebben opgedaan voelt de makelaardij voor mij als een plek waar alles samenkomt.
Wat mijn werk zo leuk maakt? Geen dag is hetzelfde.
Ik ben het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, begeleid het proces van A tot Z en zorg ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt, ik hou van de afwisseling, de dynamiek en het contact met mensen. Het geeft mij energie om klanten te helpen bij zo’n belangrijke stap in hun leven en ze te ondersteunen in het aankopen van hun nieuwe woning.
